a. Organisational structure, its business and supply chains

Frontier Network Limited is a UK based and registered family owned private limited company building fibre infrastructure in the UK.
Due to its turnover Frontier Networks Limited is not required to publish a statement under the Modern Slavery Act 2015 but is taking these steps as a registered B Corp to emphasise the importance we place on ensuring that neither slavery or human trafficking is taking place within our business or supply chain.

b. Policies in relation to slavery and human trafficking

Frontier Networks Limited are a registered B Corp, committed to treating everyone in our business and supply chain with dignity and respect. We recognise and take seriously our role in combatting coerced labour of any form and we work to ensure the well-being of all people in all stakeholder groups.

Frontier Networks Limited requires suppliers providing materials, technical equipment, managed services and contract resources. We recognise that modern slavery and human trafficking can be a risk across the global supply chain providing our materials and equipment. There are also risks in sourcing workers for our engineering deployment activities through sub- contractors. As such, suppliers and subcontractors must comply with relevant supplier requirements.

c. Due diligence processes in relation to slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains

Direct employees: All direct employees have full Right to Work checks in accordance with best practice and Government guidance. All employees are salaried and receive over the living wage and Frontier Networks is accredited as a Living Wage Employer by Living Wage Foundation.

Suppliers and Subcontractor:

In respect of Modern Slavery, subcontractors, where applicable, must provide evidence of a Modern Slavery policy, and confirm that they conduct UK eligibility to work checks.

We have no single path dependencies in our supply chain and for materials we purchase only from credible UK manufacturers or distributors.

d. Parts of business and supply chains where there is a risk of slavery and human trafficking taking place, and the steps it has taken to assess and manage that risk.

Frontier Networks Limited deals with UK businesses so is not high risk in these areas, being a registered B Corp we evaluate all stakeholders based on ethics alongside quality and price.

e. Effectiveness in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in its business or supply chains, measured against such performance indicators as it considers appropriate.

Our processes and procedures are reviewed on a regular basis against best practice and updated guidance. We have had no instances where we feel there was any elevated risk of slavery and/or human trafficking because of our activities.

f. Training and capacity building about slavery and human trafficking are available to employees.

Training: To ensure awareness of this policy across our business, we would look to provide training to employees where it is felt there is a level of risk, primarily in recruitment and procurement.
